This grade features a robust chemical composition dominated by 27% chromium, 35% nickel, and 6.5% molybdenum, which grants it an exceptionally high Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN) of 52. This unique balance of elements ensures that hex bolts manufactured from Sanicro® 35 provide superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking (SCC), particularly in aggressive chloride-rich and seawater environments.

Our Sheffield-based manufacturing facility specialises in the production of high-integrity Sanicro® 35 hex bolts, utilising both advanced hot forging and precision machining techniques. Our hybrid workshop combines CNC and manual technology, allowing us to produce hex bolts in a comprehensive size range from M5 to M52 (metric) and 1/4″” to 2″” (imperial), with lengths up to 500mm to suit bespoke project requirements.
