Celebrating people at West Special Fasteners

Progress doesn’t happen by accident, it’s powered by people. At West Special Fasteners, we see that every day in the way our team shows up, supports each other, and drives us forward. That’s why we were so proud to recently announce two more promotions within our team, recognising individuals who’ve gone above and beyond to help us grow stronger together.

These promotions aren’t just about new titles, they’re about recognising the journey, the impact, and the potential of two outstanding team members who’ve earned their next step.

From Strength to Strength

We’re excited to share that Gary Preece has been promoted to Maintenance manager. A role that will allow us to respond faster, work smarter and make even better use of our resources. Gary’s promotion reflects the trust he’s earned and the value he brings to our operations every day.

Joining him in this celebration is Dawn Riley, who recently stepped into the role of Finance Manager. Dawns dedication, professionalism and deep understanding of our financial process have already made a big impact and we cant wait to see her bring the same energy and expertise to her new role. Dawn shared her thoughts on the promotion.
