As part of our ongoing partnership with Chesterfield Football Club, West Special Fasteners were fortunate enough to be invited, along with other sponsors and guests, to watch the team train at their impressive Erwin Training Ground. It was an experience that truly highlighted the passion, dedication, and community spirit that make this club so special.

The day began with a warm welcome in the club’s events room, where we enjoyed refreshments and had the chance to meet fellow supporters and sponsors. There was a real buzz in the room as we shared stories about why we support the club and what it means to our businesses and the wider community.

Soon after, we boarded a bus to the Erwin Training Ground, and I have to say, the transformation of the facility is remarkable. Compared to just a few years ago, the ground now stands as a testament to the hard work and investment that have gone into creating a space worthy of the club’s ambitions. It’s clear that every detail has been considered to provide the players with the best possible environment to prepare for success.
Watching the Team in Action
Watching the Chesterfield team train was a fascinating experience. We saw first-hand the intensity and focus that goes into every session. It’s easy to forget, as fans, just how much effort happens behind the scenes to keep the team performing at their best. During the visit, we learned about some of the challenges the squad faces and the areas they are working on to strengthen their game.
