Inconel Alloy 725 ®

Inconel Alloy 725 ® is an alloy containing high levels of nickel, chromium, molybdenum & Niobium. It has high resistance to corrosion, such as crevice, pitting and stress corrosion cracking. Inconel Alloy 725 gains its extremely high strength by heat treatment not by cold working, ductility and toughness remain high.

Inconel Alloy 725 Fasteners such as Nuts, Bolts, Socket Setscrews, Washers, Studbolts, Studs, Socket Capscrews, Socket Countersunk screws & machined components and hot forged items can all be produced at West Special Fasteners Limited.

We can also supply round bar in Inconel Alloy 725.

Inconel Alloy 725 is used a great deal of applications that require high strength fasteners combined with excellent corrosion resistance such as marine environments where it resists corrosion, pitting and crevice attack in sea water or where media containing carbon dioxide, chlorides and hydrogen sulfide may be present such as those encountered by deep sour gas wells.

We look forward to helping with your Inconel Alloy 725 requirements and would welcome any enquiries by telephone on + 44 (0)1246 291111 or email [email protected].
