Inconel Alloy 600 ®

Inconel Alloy 600 is designed for use from cryogenic to elevated temperatures. Alloy 600 has very good resistance against corrosion such as salt water, organic acids and exhaust gases and is virtually immune to chlorine ion stress corrosion cracking. Inconel Alloy 600 is hardened and strengthened only by cold working.

West Special Fasteners are manufacturers of Inconel Alloy 600 Fasteners.

Inconel Alloy 600 Fasteners such as Nuts, Bolts, Washers, Socket Capscrews, Studs, Studbolts, Socket Setscrews, Socket Countersunk screws & bespoke machined components or Hot Forged items can all be produced at West Special Fasteners Limited.

We can also supply round bar in Alloy 600.

Inconel Alloy 600 is used in a variety of applications, including the chemical industry for its resistance to corrosion and its strength. It is also used in the aeronautical industry for parts which must be able to cope with high airframe and engine temperatures. Other applications include Furnaces (because of its excellent resistance to heat) and carburizing atmospheres.

West Special Fasteners specialises in exotic metals and have supplied major UK companies with Inconel Alloy 600 bolts, nuts etc.

We look forward to helping with your Inconel Alloy 600 requirements and would welcome any enquiries by telephone on + 44 (0)1246 291111 or email [email protected].
